Greenpeace offers ten short accounts from skilled women photographers spanning the globe along with their most compelling images of local environmental scenes that express visually what is at risk without fundamentally different thought, policy and practice to respect and preserve the planet’s well-being. All share a conviction that storytelling in words and visual media is the path to mobilizing voices for change in a public that often gets overwhelmed with incomprehensible technical language of measures and targets related to controlling and reversing climate change. – Peter Clutterbuck
